DGE & DGN Training Program

Obligatory for: DGE’s
Important knowledge and networking for: DGN’s

Cost: 485.- Euro p.P. including conference fees for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Dinner party Tuesday, all conference drinks and breaks, lunches including celebatory lunch with RIP Yinka.
Same price for partner training on all three days.

Registration

You are pre-registered through the “team” list of your district.
Note: there are two separate events: GELS/GLNS (485.- Euro p.P.) and Rotary Action Summit (485.- Eurp p.P.).
You will be pre-registered to according to the dates on the district lists. You will receive two different invoices.
Once you receive your QR Code, you can complete the registration process and choose forums and workshops.

Organizational Notes

We have pre-reserved hotel accommodation for all DG’s, DGE’s and DGN’s participants from
Monday, 31.08. to Sunday, 06.09.

Hotels:
Zones 15 & 16: Gabija Hotel
Zones 17 & 18: Baltic Dunes Hotel

If you would like to change your accommodation or shorten your stay, please inform us at the registration form by 25 April. At the end of April, we will notify the hotels with the final list of guests (with partners names).
Further details will be shared once registration opens.
Payment will be made individually upon arrival at the hotel.
